Recently, a journalist from IT Times interviewed Mr. Chambers Yang concerning issues such as illegal advertisements on websites, overflowing fraudulent ads returned by search engines and infringement of video-hosting websites. Mr. Yang analyzed the legal liabilities of websites and ads alliances of search engines as ads publishers regarding fraudulent and illegal ads, and he also furthered his analysis on the possibility that advertisers are liable and in which circumstance advertisers are liable in the case of infringement of video-hosting websites.
