A private group company rented the factory and warehouses of an enterprise in Shanghai, and intended to transform it into a creative park. For this purpose, the company contracted out the project to a construction enterprise from Zhejiang Province. Because of its inexperience in tendering and bidding, contracts of overall contract, and management, completion and settlement of the project, the company failed to prevent many disputes.
