Shanghai New Bund Garden is one of the earliest projects and the only residence project on the north bund, and one of the first residence areas near water in Shanghai. The total construction area is over 200,000m?/st1:chmetcnv> and the whole investment was over RMB 0.8 billion (in late 1990s).

Mr. Chambers Yang with other lawyers provided comprehensive legal services in the whole process of the project, including cooperation negotiation, design of the portfolio strategy, establishment of project company, application for approval of land grant, plan of the project, preliminary development, project finance, design of engineering, construction, purchase of materials and equipment, project transfer or house sale, preparation of property management, hand-over of the project and the preliminary property management.
