有限公司的董事、监事在任期内可否转让出资?出资转让后可否担任原职？
答：
可以转让，除非公司章程另有约定，但是应符合公司法的规定，如股东之间可以自由转让，向股东以外的人转让须经半数以上股东同意等。可否担任原职，得由股东会决定，法律上没有禁止性规定。
